Coordinates the GROWMARK/FS System response to regulatory issues, including researching and drafting formal comments and correspondence, meeting and communicating with regulatory agencies, building consensus with industry trade associations, collaborating with regulatory compliance personnel across the System, and providing education to the System on regulatory changes. Normally requires knowledge and understanding of federal and state government, contemporary political issues, and public policy formation, along with business writing skills and the ability to research, comprehend, interpret, summarize, and draft formal comments and correspondence on complex regulatory and legislative issues.
