The Challenge, in a nutshell: The Mental Health Worker-Family Based will be part of a two-person Treatment Team that will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model to strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, interrupt negative patterns, and improve communication. Qualifications for The Family Based Mental Health Worker: A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, pre-med, rehabilitation, theology or anthropology or a degree in the field of human services plus 1 year experience in a CASSP system program.
