Physical Requirements:This position requires the ability to observe, hear, and communicate effectively with juveniles, respond to assaultive or aggressive behavior, and provide physical assistance in emergencies, including fire evacuations, accidents, and administering First Aid/CPR.Employees must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:Active supervision - Stand and walk for most of the workday (50-75%) while facilitating classes, supervising movement, conducting searches, and overseeing activities inside and outside the facility.
