Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, early childhood education, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in accessing needed services, crisis intervention, developing independent living skills, achieving recovery goals, and improving overall functioning through case management, rehabilitation services, care coordination, and community-based support.
