In addition to recovery orientation, the goal of the residential program is to provide skills teaching, education, encourage personal growth and increased demonstration of independence within activities of daily living so the resident can integrate into the community to a residence of their choice. Preferred:Preferred is a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a mental health, health or other appropriate human services related discipline with knowledge of and experience with the chronic mentally ill adult population.
