Primary role to open new accounts, certificates of deposit, taking non-real estate consumer loan applications, and all other ancillary products offered by the Bank; answer customer questions, provide account opening information and ensure proper paperwork is completed and entered on the computer system. Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including but not limited to, customer interaction on the teller line and account area, phone prospecting, outbound calls to customers, appointments could be conducted inside or outside the bank, and attending community events as needed.
