The role will be accountable for establishing secure and scalable patterns across Identity and Access Management, authentication, authorization, ACLs, privileged access, service accounts, API and integration security, application scopes, cross-scope access, secure development, platform hardening, audit controls, and regulatory compliance. The architect will partner closely with Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Risk, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Product/POD teams, and key stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions remain secure, compliant, supportable, and aligned with enterprise security policies.
