Active California PMHNP license and California furnishing number- Active or pending California DEA license- 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults- Experience diagnosing and treating: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder- Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual- Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. - Competitive pay for providers who work in office: $100-$110 per hour-long encounter (W2, pay-per-encounter)- Malpractice and tail coverage- Flexible scheduling within clinic hours (you set your availability)- A supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on clinical quality- Streamlined EHR and tech platform to minimize admin burden- Leadership and growth opportunities as our practice expands.
