Background in mass production across multiple processes such as miniature motorized mechanisms, soft goods cutting/laminating/kitting, active optical alignment, casting, molding, machining, electronics packaging, coatings, and additive manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in scaling novel manufacturing processes from concept to pilot-production, system integration, and DFx and a proven ability to deliver reliable, high-performance hardware prototypes for emerging VR/AR systems.

Proven track record designing and scaling online experimentation platforms that support high‑velocity A/B and multivariate testing across complex, multi‑team product ecosystems, including governance, guardrails, and causal inference best practices.
