KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive supplier and internal technical organizations, including design, assembly, manufacturing, and product testing teams, to achieve high-quality product releases through review of test plans, qualification results, failure rates, DFx, xFMEA, NUDD, and supplier-led failure analysis. This individual thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, effectively driving cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and partnering closely with suppliers and customers to resolve challenging quality issues.
