The Manager, Contracts for Fabrication and Assembly Contracting will lead the negotiation of terms and conditions with major Contractors, lead the contract management function for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Fabrication and Assembly Contracting, oversee the administration of variation management, claims, reporting, acceptance and closeout processes for assigned complex contracts associated with the OFE contracts for the Company's projects. Oversee the administration of new change order requests, including scope, target pricing, unit rates, reimbursable costs, and schedule definition, contractual amendments drafting, internal reviews and approvals, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform entries, and execution, ensuring adherence to Venture Global's Guidelines and Procedures.
