Collaborates with Business Systems Analyst, IT Department and internal technology partners, vendors and business regarding all aspects of end-to-end systems solution delivery, including design, requirement definition, analysis, communication, testing, pilot/implementation and on-going support with business partners. Test and lead testing efforts related to new functionality, new module, and upgrades to existing modules including creating test plans, test cases, and working to ensure process is followed by managers.
