Key Responsibilities: + Collect and review compensation and payroll data from multiple countries + Prepare payroll instructions, balance sheets, and compensation reports + Calculate and track assignment-related allowances, deductions, and adjustments + Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies before monthly and year-end deadlines + Audit your own work and review work completed by peers or junior team members to ensure accuracy + Coordinate with internal teams, global payroll contacts, and tax providers primarily via email + Track multiple country-specific deadlines and manage competing priorities + Maintain and update compensation tracking tools and reports + Interpret client compensation policies and apply them correctly + Serve as a resource or mentor to team members + Support special projects, audits, and process improvements as needed This role is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and organization.
