Experience recruiting technical talent across engineering disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or non-technical talent across business, production, operations, or supply chain. This role partners directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, guide selection decisions, and deliver an effective candidate experience.
