Prepare, file, and track drilling permits, completion reports, recompletions, workovers, transfers of operator, and plugging and abandonment filings with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) Oil and Gas Conservation Division, Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC), and Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and compliance, ensuring that wells are permitted, drilled, completed, produced, and plugged in full compliance with state, tribal, and federal requirements, while providing the asset team with accurate well data, regulatory requirements and associated deadlines, and technical support.
