Independently performs coding of patients’ inpatient records to ensure accurate assignment of physician, professional fee, surgical, and other hospital-based services using the most appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes in accordance with CMS, Coding Clinic, and other regulatory guidelines.
