The position requires the ability to work with non-technical managers and executives to develop technical and business requirements for their company’s custom data security program. Your day-to-day + Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize Proofpoint technologies. + Provide strategic program design solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people. + Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations. + Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high. + Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions. What you bring to the team + 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role + 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields. + Familiarity with Data Security: Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts. + Proficiency in Windows Server environment; experience with web infrastructure components like IIS and MS SQL is advantageous. + Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure. + Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable. + Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. + Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. + Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually. + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion. + English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required. Technical Spanish speaking skills are desirable.
