Laser Scanning - reality capture (laser scanning) of existing conditions for design and construction teams, including deviation analysis, and 360 photo viewing solutions Digital Layout - survey stake-out and as-built reporting to support self-perform, and quality control of subcontractor installations Drone - aerial survey / mapping of topography, overlays, and photo/video deliverables, for design team, construction teams, and marketing needs SUE - subsurface utility engineering, with GPR & EM locates, combined with hydrovac excavation to identify existing utilities Research and implement new innovative solutions to improve efficiencies Travel as required Other duties which may be assigned as needed Education & Years of Experience: Minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree in a CAD/BIM-related specialization such as Construction Management, Drafting Technology, Architecture, or Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
