The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, Product Management, developers, QA, Scrum Masters, and project leadership to understand business needs, analyze processes, capture business rules, and translate requirements into actionable Agile work items in Azure DevOps (ADO). The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business and technical teams by turning complex business processes and requirements into clear, testable, and traceable features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
