Build assigned work from business requirements documents within the sprint, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, record types, reports and dashboards, data loads, and field cleanup. Work across both clouds: leads, opportunities, products and price books on the Sales Cloud side; cases, queues, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, and knowledge on the Service Cloud side.
