Additionally, the Lead is expected to create and maintain engineering schedules, produce progress reports, assist Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, and supervise, develop and review a small team of engineers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Technical and Functional Managers to recommend appropriate mechanical design strategies for conceptual and product development, task and priority determination, setting deadlines, and assuring that business and contract goals are met.
