The Senior Counsel is responsible for providing global legal support across the organization, including quickly and effectively identifying complex legal issues raised by SCIEX business partners, researching new legal issues, and providing advice in a manner that integrates legal risk management with SCIEX's objectives. Manage litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters, partnering with external counsel and supporting global product, quality, and regulatory teams on life sciences/diagnostics compliance (e.g., labeling, promotional review, post‑market risks).
