Support Campus Life in its leadership of efforts to strengthen coordination and consistency across school-based BIT and student-of-concern processes (e.g., undergraduate, graduate, athletics, international programs, residential life), providing behavioral threat assessment expertise to help advance consistent intake criteria, risk assessment practices, and referral pathways. Work with school-, division-, and unit-level behavioral intervention and care teams to help ensure practices, including intake, risk assessment, escalation, documentation, and case closure, align with best practice and effectively meet the needs of campus, while respecting the distinct roles, expertise, and needs of partner offices across Brown's decentralized environment.
