The role maintains accurate enterprise software inventory, entitlement, contract, usage, and configuration data; monitors license compliance; coordinates lifecycle activities across IT and business functions; and identifies opportunities to reduce risk, improve utilization, and optimize costs. Partner with procurement, legal, finance, vendor management, and software owners to support contract negotiations, renewals, audits, software publisher reviews, and purchasing decisions using accurate entitlement, usage, and cost data.
