Assist in utilities maintenance as directed (HVAC, wastewater, etc.) Complete all necessary documentation of activities (log entries, leak reports, etc.) Ensures operation of Utilities machinery and mechanical equipment by performing maintenance on various machines, following diagrams, machine manuals, and manufacturer's instructions Troubleshoots malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation, discovering problems, and making the repairs Performs minor and major repairs Handles preventative maintenance Install equipment on utility systems Comply with all Tyson safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements Complete all paperwork and SAP functions Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Minimum of (3) years of experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible to monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all building components, refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, return condensate systems, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, and pneumatically using the proper tools and test equipment.
