p>Must have the following: • Commercial Construction Experience (5+ years), preferably restaurant • Ability to travel regionally (50-75%) • Clean driving record and personal transportation • Tools (drills, saws, hammers, ladders, cords, shop vac, caulking gun, etc) • Specialty tools will be rented (concrete saw, jackhammer, etc) • Cell phone • Good communications skills, ability to scan, email photos and utilize apps from cell phone • Basic computer skills • Willingness to learn other skills.
Basic Skills in the following Trades:
• Minor plumbing connections (sink supply and drain lines) • Minor electrical connections (disconnect and reconnect equipment) • Roofing Repairs • Concrete Repairs • Stucco Repairs • Fencing • Asphalt Repairs • Carpet Repairs • Tile Repairs.
