Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Camp Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, responds to work orders and service calls, troubleshoots and repairs building systems, and keeps resident rooms, common areas, utilities, and site infrastructure in safe, functional condition. Responds to work orders and service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, doors/locks, lighting, and general repairs; prioritizes urgent issues and completes assigned tasks within required timeframes.
