Desired Characteristics: • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Engineering • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license • Working knowledge of FAR Part 145 requirements • 10 years of leadership experience in the aviation MRO industry • Experience with Quality Control Systems/Processes • Strong analytical and communication skills • Recognize when and how to coach improvement • Posses the ability to drive change in an established culture • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization • Ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Experience dealing with customers • Experience dealing with the FAA.
