The candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience across EUC architecture, endpoint operations, user support, security configuration, and device lifecycle management, including the following areas: Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, multi-factor authentication, and public key infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge across a broad range of EUC technologies and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory/Entra ID, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, MECM, and imaging solutions.
