CCR conducts applied research on how climate hazards such as extreme heat and wildfire smoke affect workers, households, firms, and cities, and translates that research into human capital and financial metrics that inform the decisions of government, corporate, and philanthropic partners. The Deputy Director builds and maintains the Center's operating systems, including project tracking, meeting cadence, budgeting, reporting, and onboarding, and serves as the Center's primary liaison to SP2 finance, human resources, research administration, and development offices.
