A bachelors degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, political science, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience conducting financial analysis, performing financial projections, or monitoring program performance. A masters degree in business administration, public administration, finance, accounting, or economics with at least one (1) year of relevant experience conducting financial analysis, performing financial projections, or monitoring program performance.
