Support planning and delivery of Summer Analyst and Fellowship experiences, including orientation, learning, mentorship, and performance management, to drive conversion to full-time roles; collaborate with internal partners to enhance the candidate journey. Use data and metrics to inform decisions and adhere to recruiting risk/controls; maintain ATS/CRM data quality (e.g., ORC/Oracle, Yello, Handshake, LinkedIn, PitchPro+, Excel), track headcount, and assist with regular reporting of KPIs/ROI.
