In this role, you will define the teams strategy, mentor and develop a high-performing team of researchers, and partner closely with cross-functional research partners, Research Program Management, and Research Platform to prioritize work, scale distributed research capabilities, and continuously improve the tools and processes that enable high-quality data collection at scale. Partner with the Research Platform team to improve the technologies and workflows that support distributed research, leveraging user feedback, operational insights, and evolving business needs to drive continuous improvements in scalability, participant experience, and data quality.
