Partner with Project and joint venture teams to deliver timely and effective legal support to the project, whether through dedicated project resources, joint venture partner resources (corporate, commercial, finance, legal, tax, human resources, etc.), external advisors or a combination of the foregoing. In consultation and working closely with the joint venture partners’ legal teams and subject matter experts, instruct and direct the activity of external counsel to support Project matters, including litigation, regulatory, and supply chain matters related to the Project.
