Key duties include high-level molecular biology techniques such as sequencing, sample/library prep, and gene expression analysis; working with murine models of immune dysregulation related to asthma, neuroinflammation, autoinflammation, infection, and cardiovascular diseases; performing immune cell functional assays; cloning and transfection; and screening patient cells for mutations. Required qualifications include a PhD in Biology, Immunology, or a related field, with 3 years of experience in human immunology research, murine models, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, gene editing, and in vivo experiments.
