Bachelor's degree and seven years of direct relevant experience in the field of research compliance in an academic or research environment, including strong knowledge of regulations governing research including but not limited to: OLAW, NIH Grants Policy, Export Controls, Uniform Guidance, Research Misconduct, Conflict of Interest, OHRP and FDA regulations. Professional certification such as Certified IRB Professional (CIP), Certified Research Associate (CRA), Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA), or equivalent training or experience (such as an attorney or auditor with demonstrable experience in a research setting.
