The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks necessary to maintain and repair residential properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. Execute repairs including, but not limited to, patching drywall, painting, minor carpentry, door and window repairs, and appliance repair/replacement.
