Provide routine supervision of residence desk (where applicable), canteen, laundry, and janitorial staff; train as needed in canteen operations, laundry operations, phone procedures, customer relations, and safety requirements. As a Program team member, he/she promotes a climate for effective performance and learning through their attitudes, life experience, willingness to teach and learn, and availability to beneficiaries and staff.
