The Counselor Case Manager will be responsible for providing whole-person services to clients participating in substance use disorder (SUD) services, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming (may also include the provision of DUI services). Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
