The Residential Advisor observes, documents, and reports children’s behavior and progress, assists with the development of basic daily living skills, and helps maintain a clean, healthy, safe, and supportive residential environment. Sign Language skills with ASL proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher, as measured by the Sign Language Proficiency Interview (SLPI), ASL Proficiency Interview, or as assessed by qualified GSD staff.
