Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support to youth, including:DocumentationLaundry and cleaningTransportation to appointments, activitiesSupervising recreational and daily living activities in residence and communitySupervise and support youth using the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) model-without therapeutic holdsResolve resident issues or concerns effectively and compassionatelyAttend all required staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training programsPerform any additional responsibilities as required by Hope For Youth, oversight agencies, and applicable regulationsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDValid NYS Driver's License in good standingMust be 21 years of age or older to transport youthAbility to meet physical requirements, including:Operating a motor vehicleLifting/moving up to 50 poundsEscorting youth in the communityPhysically intervening in crisis situations if neededFlexibility to work various shifts and locationsRelevant experience in childcare, residential, or human services settings is preferredWhy Work at Hope For Youth?
