p/>Under the direction and supervision of the House Manager (or Residential Program Manager), the position assists with providing direct care and supports to the participants that agency supports in our residential group homes in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:3 in the home, in the community, and employment environment.
· Work with residents, assisting them with the activities of daily living: teaching money management, housekeeping, cooking, personal care and hygiene, socialization with roommates and persons in the community, and appropriate use of leisure time.
