p>Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 1 year working with youth in a residential, community, or school-based program preferred • Must have valid driver's license • Excellent communication skills • Ability to engage positively with youth, de-escalate challenging behaviors, and apply sound judgment • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions • Basic computer skills to access emails and learn company tracking systems.
