The Non-Residential Services Manager leads a team of Crisis Intervention Specialists, ensuring that The Ion Center provides case management and goal setting, leads group sessions, court accompaniment, answers hotline calls, and addresses other needs as they arise. The Ion Center is looking for a compassionate individual that will supervise Crisis Intervention Specialists and support and serve victim-survivors in the Northern Kentucky Region, focusing on Grant , Owen , Carroll , Gallatin , and Pendleton Counties , ensuring that we are providing the best care and most welcome environment for them.
