This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the electrical trade, understands the residential service business, and knows how to develop technicians while driving strong operational and financial results. As Electrical Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the electrical service department, including technician coaching, revenue performance, customer experience, quality of work, safety, and overall team accountability.
