Ten or more years of military service with progressively responsible leadership experience in positions such as Section Sargeant, Squad Leader, Platoon Sargeant, First Sargeant, or a higher-level military leadership position. Provide guidance on leadership, accountability, ethical decision-making, military customs and courtesies, conflict resolution, professional conduct, and GMC's values of Duty, Honor, and Country.
