Financial & Performance Management: Monitor operational performance, staffing trends, budgets, expenses, and program performance across assigned services while partnering with leadership teams to support financial health, operational stability, and long-term program success. You’ll work closely with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and the state management team to drive operational excellence, strengthen leadership teams, and ensure consistency and compliance across all programs.
