The Program Lead provides strategic direction to project managers, technical personnel, construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and security requirements. The Residential Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Program Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, technical coordination, and delivery of residential SCIF construction, renovation, accreditation, and sustainment programs.
