Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of residential electrical experience • At least 1 year in a leadership or crew lead role • Current Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license (Required) • Strong knowledge of NEC, blueprint reading, material takeoffs, and residential wiring practices • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to read, write, and speak English (Required) • Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must pass background check and drug screening. Active residential construction job sites Exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat, wind, and dust Work in attics, crawl spaces, and framed structures Use of ladders, scaffolding, and power tools Fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch for extended periods • Climb ladders and work at heights • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements • Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
