Qualifications of the Building Engineer: 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining central HVAC and mechanical systems, including water source heat pumps, cooling towers, and boiler plants. Support preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, generators, security, access control, BMS, and vertical transportation systems.
